I had been having trigger reset issues with my Springfield Armory Trophy Match 1911 competition pistol at matches lately, so I decided to upgrade all of the internal components with Evolution Gun Works parts (Koenig hammer, hard sear, ball head disconnector), and I also added a Fusion Firearms K-hole trigger and a Dawson Precision No-Gap Ice magwell (with the required aluminum magazine base pads) to make my magazine reloads smoother. The trigger is now much smoother and the reset is nice and positive. Now I won't be able to blame the gun for my poor performance at matches! 😊
