Outlaw action pistol match (a mix of USPSA, IDPA, and GPA rules) at the Amarillo Rifle and Pistol Club. I was shooing my non-ported Springfield Prodigy in the Carry Optics division. Unfortunately, my knees have gotten pretty bad in my old age, and they aren't going to get any better, so I have come to accept that I just won't be as fast as I used to be. I still love shooting action pistol matches, but I just can't move fast enough to stay competitive anymore. 😔 I won't bore you with a stage-by-stage recap as you can just watch the video for yourself. Despite my new handicap of not being able to run fast, I was still able to come in 3rd place Overall out of 15 total, so not a bad day at all. 😊
